About item rental

1. About the cost

・Basic fee / 20 % of product price (up to 3 nights and 4 days)
* Round-trip shipping fees will be charged separately. * If there is any delay in returning the item or if the item is returned without permission, we will charge an additional 20% of the item price per day on top of the basic fee.
*For returns, if you are staying for 3 nights and 4 days, please hand the product over to the designated delivery company on the 4th day after the product arrives. We will include a shipping slip, so please contact the designated delivery company to collect the product once packaging is complete.

2. About options

・Flower arrangement...cost is negotiable.
*We will suggest seasonal arrangements to match your vase.
*Shipping costs will be charged separately from the cost of the flower arrangement.
*Depending on the item and the busy situation, you may not be able to use the flower arrangement option. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to use an option.

3. Application / Payment

Please contact us via the contact page .
*Please let us know your name, contact information, shipping address, desired item, and desired rental period.

・If you have any other specific requests, such as renting for 3 nights or 4 days or less, please feel free to contact us.

・Payment must be made in advance, including the shipping fee (actual cost of shipping to the specified address). Shipping will be arranged after payment has been confirmed.

・Please make payment by bank transfer. We will contact you separately by email with the bank details.

4. Notes / Other

- If the product is damaged (cracked, chipped, scratched, etc., damage that was not shown in the condition inspection image at the time of shipment) or lost, we will charge you the actual cost.

・We are not responsible for any theft, disasters, or other unforeseen accidents that occur during use. Thank you for your understanding.
