□Terms & Conditions
・ Please note that there are restrictions on which crafts can be shipped
internationally, as well as limitations on specific delivery regions.
・ Shipping costs include handling fees and insurance.
・Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the
responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected on delivery.
・ As all crafts are thoroughly inspected before shipping, we do not accept returns
unless the item has a defect that renders it unusable.
・ All crafts available at VERNACLE are handmade one by one. There are slight
variations in color, shape, size and glaze between the crafts as they appear in
photographs shown online and crafts that you receive at hand.

□Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the desitination and the weight/ dimensions of the
items you order. Shipping cost includes handling fees and insurance.

□Delivery time
Packs and ships each order within 7 days from the purchase.
International deliveries by Express Mail Service (EMS) takes 5 to 10 days.

□Inventory Availability
Some crafts displayed as “available” in our online store may occasionally be out of
stock, as they are exhibited both in our store and online. There may be a delay in
updating the online inventory after in-store purchases.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

□Returns
If a package is damaged during the shipping, or the item is wrong or defective, you
may return it for a refund. For all refunds a notification by email is required within 14
days from receipt of the shipment. Please send us the notification including your
name, your address, the name of the item and the reason of return. If you return it
without notification, we might not accept it. Therefore please contact us before return
it.
