□ Shipping fee

The shipping fee within Japan is 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide.

However, if the total amount of your order is 22,000 yen or more (including tax), shipping is free. Delivery is limited to one address, and is limited to domestic addresses. Free shipping may not apply to some items, such as large items or items on remote islands.

□Shipping and delivery date

We do not ship on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's holidays, summer holidays).

Delivery dates can only be specified within the 7th day after the order date.

You can choose from the following delivery time slots: ①Morning, ②2 to 4pm, ③4 to 6pm , ④6 to 8pm , ⑤7 to 9pm .

If you do not specify a delivery date and time, your order will be delivered within 1 to 5 days of the order date, excluding some remote islands. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

If the item is unavailable, we will contact you by email within 2 business days.
