□Shipping Fees
A flat rate of ¥1,100 (tax included) applies nationwide within Japan, regardless of package size.
However, shipping is free for orders totaling ¥22,000 (tax included) or more per order. This applies to a single domestic delivery address only. Free shipping may not apply to large items or deliveries to remote islands.

□Shipping & Delivery Dates
We do not ship on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, summer holidays).
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days can be shipped the same day.
You can specify a delivery date within 7 days from the order date.
You can select a delivery time slot from: ① Morning, ② 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, ③ 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, ④ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, ⑤ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
If no delivery date/time is specified, orders will typically arrive within 1-5 days from the order date, excluding some remote islands. For bank transfer payments, shipment will occur after payment confirmation.

variations in color, shape, size and glaze between the crafts as they appear in

□Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the desitination and the weight/ dimensions of the
items you order. Shipping cost includes handling fees and insurance.

□Delivery time
Packs and ships each order within 7 days from the purchase.
International deliveries by Express Mail Service (EMS) takes 5 to 10 days.

□Inventory Availability
Some crafts displayed as “available” in our online store may occasionally be out of
stock, as they are exhibited both in our store and online. There may be a delay in
updating the online inventory after in-store purchases.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

□Returns
If a package is damaged during the shipping, or the item is wrong or defective, you
may return it for a refund. For all refunds a notification by email is required within 14
days from receipt of the shipment. Please send us the notification including your
name, your address, the name of the item and the reason of return. If you return it
without notification, we might not accept it. Therefore please contact us before return
it.
