MONO-SOLUM 105 -Takafumi Takahara -

・ABOUT
Traced by soil, drawn by soil.
An art piece that traces the regenerated memory of soil.
Bizen soil, originating from the Cretaceous period and accumulating thousands of years.
The soil has quietly held its memory within. Eventually, the potter's (kamabito) flame shakes its deep slumber, and guided by its own memory, the soil begins to draw unique expressions.

MONO-SOLUM
Mono / singular, Solum / soil, ground

The silent story told by Bizen soil.
This fragment, standing in the space between past and future, brings tranquility and depth to the space, gently resonating with timeless memories in the hearts of visitors.
